Sokoni-links E-learning (E-Learning Uganda) is an initiative of Sokoni-Links Ltd is an Online Business Directory and marketing platform that started in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic to help Organizations can Market their Products and Services using Banner ads, Images, Videos and Attachments which could be Memos, Notices, Statements and Announcements. The founder members (Beatrice Hofmann, Obwoya Herbert and Oula David). Owing to the infectious nature of COVID-19, class room learning remained unsafe and almost impossible to access and the only viable option to ensure continued safe learning was through the establishment of an online platform that provides comprehensive teaching and learning across all levels of education in Uganda. The founders recognized that introduction of Sokoni E-learning platform was in response to the COVID-19 problems that threatened to create a dent in the country’s human capital requirements.
Everything on this site flows and is designed with the learner’s experience in mind. Learners are able to log in quickly, easily navigate themselves around the site, find relevant learning resources within just a few clicks and be engaged with the teachers throughout the entire learning process. This platform ensures that learner’s access preloaded content at low cost using a computer or any mobile device to access word documents, PDFs, images, audio files, video files, online courses and face to face courses knowing that online learning will remain and continue to relieve the distraction of the education system worldwide.
